Good day,

Customer tried all the work around in the links below however, they still encountering the same error.

    Hello Maynard,

    Possible reasons for this issue:

    1. Any DLL files missing from the installed location. Antivirus might sometimes remove the dlls. Please make sure the installed location looks similar to below.
    2. .Net Framework issue. Please find the steps below to resolve this.

    In Control Panel, choose Programs and Features, choose Turn Windows features on or off, and then select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) check box. This option requires an Internet connection. You do not need to select the child items.

    3. "ftd2xx.dll" is missing in the PC

    1. The user has not connected a single FTDI board in his PC (this dll comes with the FTDI board driver)

    2. Another way to work around this issue:

      Copy the ftd2xx.dll from the below location,

       Path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\High Speed Data Converter Pro\ftd2xx.dll"

       And paste it in the below folder before launching the GUI.

       Path: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\HMC-DAQ GUI” (i.e. it should be placed parallel to HMC-DAQ GUI.exe)
