TSW14J56EVM: Not able to capture larger data blocks with HSDC Pro GUI software

Earlier I was able to capture larger blocks of data up to 1GS per channel when using the HSDC Pro along with the TSW14J56EVM and the ADC32RF45 EVM. But I am not able to do it anymore and I keep getting the following error. 

I know that the onboard memory is 4GB and hence when using the ADC32RF45EVM which is dual channel, the maximum number of samples I can capture is 1073741824 ( 1024*1024*1024). I was able to capture this amount of data with no problem before. Right now whenever I try to capture that many number of samples per channel ( or even if I half the number of samples) I get the error that LabView:Memory is Full. 

This is a big roadblock to my application and any help to address this at the earliest would be greatly appreciated.
