DAC61404: Non-Equal Analog Voltages

Part Number: DAC61404

I would like to run the DAC in the 0-40V mode using up to 30V output.  I also need to support compensation for the negative sense line to -2V with respect to the GNDs. Since the bipolar setup is only to +20Vout, I would like to run the AVdd at +32V and the AVss at -5V.  So in essence the DAC only has to drive positive voltages. But the analog opamps need to support going less than GND and compensating Vout at the same amount.   IE if Vdac is 10V and SENSEN is -1.5V, Vout will be +8.5V relative to GND.

By not having equal but opposite Avxx Voltages are there any special compensations to take with the design?

Thanks
