Hello,

Kindly find below for my requirement for High Accuracy ADC. Kindly share me ADC the part number for below requirement.

AC Performance

Sampling rate: Upto  500KHz (24Bit resolution)

Amplifier Analog Bandwidth: 500KSps

THD : -115dB

SINAD:100dB

SNR:110

SFDR: 105dB

DC Performance

Output Range: +/- 7V, +/- 3.5V, +/- 1V

INL:+/- 35 ppm FSR

DNL: +/- 15 ppm FSR

DC Offset capability: +/- 5V, 50mV resolution 

DC absolute accuracy: +/- 100uV( DC offset OFF)

    Hello,

    Please take a look at our ADS127L11, ADS127L01, or ADS1274 / ADS1278 products.  These are some of our highest AC accuracy 24-bit delta-sigma ADCs for wide-bandwidth measurements. 

    These devices require a fully-differential amplifier (FDA) input driver stage to operate at full performances at the full sampling rates.  The different input ranges (marked "Output Ranges") can be accomplished by configuring the ADC FDA driver and/or pre-anti-aliasing/conditioning stages that occur before the ADC.

    Sorry to Say here, Here i have wrongly mentioned the number of bit resolution, 24bit resolution.  Actually we need 16Bit resolution ADC. Kindly suggest the alternate.

    Hello,

    I'd like to confirm that the SNR numbers you've asked for are not natively possible with a 16-bit ADC.  Without averaging, you'll end up capped out at the theoretical max of 98.08dB with 16-bits.  Ideal converter = 6.02*N+1.76dB, where N is the number of bits.  You'll get 98.08dB if you use 16-bits in the equation.  

    If you're interested in 16-bit devices, could look into the ADS8860 or ADS8881 for 16 and 18-bit SAR devices.  ADS8900B is 20-bits.

    Thanks for your quick response. ADS127L01 this part is closer part to our requirement. Actually this part SPI interface. Our requirement I2S. Kindly suggest the part I2S 24bit ADC.
