ADS7946: Maximum rated junction temperature

My customer is working on a design qualification based on this device and needs the maximum rated junction temperature of the device.

Can someone provide that information?

Hi Jim,

The junction temperature cannot be found in the data sheet as it depends on many variables. However, I have linked an E2E post blow that offers some helpful links to a video series and document on calculating the junction temperature and a video series on the thermal information listed in the data sheet.

The thermal information for the ADS7946 is provided in the data sheet on page 6.
