Hi,

I'm using a 10khz sampling frequency and a 10Khz input frequency at +/- 10V.

I didn't get proper output on the first data pin.

hereby I have attached a simulation screenshot.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi Shalini,

You violated the sampling theorem, you can reduce input signal frequency. For instance, use 1kHz input signal frequency.

Hi Shalini,

Your screenshot was missed, please provide it. What's the simulation? Did you test the ADC on your circuit board or an EVM?

My sampling frequency is 100 kHz, and my input signal frequency is 10 kHz.
