I am looking for a way to store the register values for ADS1298 Dev Kit such that I don't need to load the register values each time the dev-kit is power cycled and no need to connect to PC and use the GUI to set the registers.

Hi,

Unfortunately, the App GUI was developed long time ago and does not have this feature implemented.

You can screen shot the ADC Register->Register Map page or save->check the Register settings->Save to File for your record and then use the saved screenshot or files as your reference next time you want to set the registers.

Is there any other method to program it such that I don't have to set the registers each time after a power cycle?

If you really want to, then you may have to bypass/stop using the MMB0 mother board and the GUI and start using an external MCU or FPGA to communicate/program the ADS129x EVM board through the SPI lines.
