ADS131M04: ADS131M04 - Not able to communicate with the IC

Thanks for the update. I have checked all of these posts but these posts are not related to my problem.

I want to ask one more question when I am applying the clock signal to ADS131M04 the DRDY pin starts toggling with the rate of 1 kHz. This is unexpected behavior of this IC. because in the default state all the functions of this IC are in the Off state. So why this happened? and till now I am unable to read the Device ID.

Actually, this is expected behavior. When you are applying the main clock to the ADC, the modulator clock starts to run and the device starts the conversion. The device is not placed in standby default. At this point, DRDY is signifying the interrupts for the end of each conversion and it expects the MCU to read the conversion data. This rate is 1kHz or 1kSPS which is the default data rate.

If they are not related, what tests did you run and what was the result? What did the oscilloscope and logic analyzer waveforms confirm or deny? What is the response of sending a NULL command, what does the STATUS field say? The posts show that not reading device ID could mean bus contention, poor grounding, poor SPI timing, incorrect SPI frame formatting, or not enough SCLKs.
