ADC12DJ3200: VOH Max of Digital outputs

Hi Team

I lsaw that the datasheet specifies the VOHmin which is 1.65v. What is the maximum output voltage?

Can i connect it directly to Xilinx FPGA 1.8V bank or do i need voltage translator?

Hi Roey,

This is correct, in the datasheet these interface signals need a high and low value of the following:

Therefore, you can interface these signal pins with an 1.8V bank from the FPGA.

Hi Roey,

These specific pins are tied to the VA19 supply, so 1.8V bank will be fine.
