Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS1298R, TINA-TI, ADS1298,
upon review your presentation slide titled adcs-noise-measurement-methods-and-parameters-presentation.pdf i encountered following issues:
1) page 16, would you send me the excel sheet since the file was not embedded in the pdf file?
2) for ADS1298R, i would like to initiate noise analysis on ECG application per your presentation slide.
a) ECG transducer data transfer rate is 2k SPS, ECG transducer data has a gain of 6. since ADS1298R has inherent filters applied already to the data stream from the decimation from 32 Ksps to 2Ksps, shall i use 2k sps or 32k sps in table 1 of page 22 in the datasheet?
section 8.1 in datasheet is discussion the noise generated from ADC convertor or noise generated from ADC including preamp, voltage ref source as well as ADC?
b) if the noise in section 8.1 only refer to ADC, what is the voltage reference chip i should use to mimic presentation slide page 3 to predict the integrated noise on ADS1298R?
c) if the noise in section 8.1 only refer to ADC, what is the preamp chip i should use to mimic presentation slide page 4 to predict the amplifier noise on ADS1298R?
e) i download Tina-TI software, would like to learn how to select the file for simulating amplifier noise and noise from reference voltage source?
in short, i would like to learn to predict the noise on ADS1298R based on the presentation slide adcs-noise-measurement-methods-and-parameters-presentation.pdf
