TLA2024: TLA2024IRUGR Qualification report for PCN#20221219004.1

Dear Sirs.

Could you let me know why ESD test is not performed in the Qualification report of PCN#20221219004.1?

ESD test can be found in PCN#20221219007.1 and PCN20221216004.1 issued at the same time.

    Hi Tsuyoshi-san,

    The tests performed in the Qualification Report section of the PCN depends on what is changing with the device.  In the case of the TLA2024 and PCN#20221219004.1 what the PCN is stating is the addition of an assembly site location and some of the components used in the assembly itself.  There is no change to the die which contains the ESD structures.  So the datasheet information in section 7.2 still applies for the device.
