ADS1251: output always 80000000h for +full-scale value

Part Number: ADS1251

Hello,

I'm hoping for a hint on where to look when on a board, both of the installed ADS1251 would always clock out the value 80000000h for positive saturation, regardless of the signal input to the ADCs.

The scope screenshot shows the analog values to positive and negative inputs of the two ADC0 and ADC1, a math function to calculate the difference between positive and negative input, and the data on the serial interface of the ADCs.

The two ADCs are clocked from the same buffered oscillator at 8 MHz. I already checked that the clock is properly set. I also confirmed that the analog value on the pins are not-saturated. What is a typical issue that makes the ADCs behave like this?

Thanks,
