ADS1298: ADS129x Datasheet Question Related to Analog Input Range

Hi,

 "Both the INP and INN inputs swing from CM + ½ VREF to CM – ½ VREF."

So, if

INP is at CM + ½ VREF

INM is at CM - ½ VREF

then 

 "the differential input (INP – INN)" =  (CM + ½ VREF) -  (CM - ½ VREF) = VREF

If you swich/swap the INP and IMP above, then 

"the differential input (INP – INN)" =  (CM - ½ VREF) -  (CM + ½ VREF) = - VREF

thus -

"the differential input (INP – INN) can span between –VREF to VREF."
