Will the FMC-ADC-ADAPTER work with the ADS5263-EVM? The ADC is not listed on the flyer of the FMC-ADC-ADAPTER.

some more information..we would like to mate it with the Z102 from Xillinx. Do you see any problems with this?

Hi Uros,

This adapter will work with the ADS5263EVM without issue. See connections below. There should be no issue with ZCU102 so long as pins are LVDS compatible.

Unfortunate that the serial communication is not routed to the connector. The ADC still has to be configured over USB or?

Hi Uros,

You are correct. Unfortunately the SPI interface was not routed on the ADS5263EVM to go to this connector directly, so the USB of the EVM will need to be used unless you can connect available GPIO of the ZCU102 to the following test points on the ADC EVM. Since this device supports 1.8V CMOS and 3.3V CMOS digital IO levels, if your FPGA is using 1.8V CMOS logic for this GPIO then this should work smoothly.
