Is NC pin open internally?

(There is no concern even if the pin is shorted to adjacent one?)

Hi Mago-san,

the NC pins are internally bonded actually. You should leave the NC pins unconnected or connect them to GND.
Are you asking because of a pin failure mode analysis? If so, we have a Pin FMA available in the functional safety document for ADS131M02-Q1.

I'm not sure background of this question, but it seems to be related to failure mode analysis. I will introduce Pin FMA data of Q1.
