DAC6311: P/U, P/D resistors and ESD protection spec in DAC6311

Part Number: DAC6311

About DACx311Series Device, do they have P/U resistors or P/D resistors each inside?

Three terminals are follows. If exists, how many kΩ are there?

And also do they have diode of ESD protection?

　a)SYNC/

　b)SCLK

　c)Din

    Hello, 

    There are no internal pullup resistors on the input pins. The three digital input pins you mentioned have ESD cells that start conducting when the voltage on the pin is 0.3V greater than VDD. This is the reason for the absolute maximum ratings being VDD + 0.3V.
