We are placing multiple ADC1675s on a baord, what is Ivref. We are planning to use the REF5030

    Hello Robert,

    The total reference input current when operating with a 32MHz clock is 10.5mA.  This is a combination of an equivalent 400ohm DC load, as well as an additional switched-capacitor load.  In order to get datasheet performance from the ADC, you will need to include a reference buffer placed as close as possible to each ADS1675 in your system.  I suggest using the OPA211 circuit for each ADS1675 with a single REF5030, as shown in Figure 53 of the datasheet.
