DAC53004: Full scale settling time 1V8

Hello,

In the datasheet of the DAC53004, I can find the information of the settling time from zero to the full scale:

These information are given for 5.5V. Would you happen to have it for 1V8?

Should I assume that the settling time would be the same for VDD=1V8 or should I assume this:

Our customer needs to define the maximum settling time.

    Hi Aurelie,

    We would expect the linear portion of the output slew to be similar to the 5.5V case.  Not that when the output is within ~300mV of the supply voltage the slew rate decreases.  This is due to the output stage having little supply headroom remaining.  So your estimate is mostly accurate, but you should add ~3µs for the endpoint settling.
