I got a new firmware to an AFE4420EVM that we bought recently. The firmware is downloaded into the board but when we try to download a new configuration file (fff.cfg) using the GUI the process is stopped suddenly and does not finish it.
I tried to updated the board with the image file (.txt) that is include in the source code provided by TI, but it occurs the same.
Is there any problem during the creation of the image file? Could you provide us some guide in order to effectively update the firmware?
