ADS8686S: What is the reason why the read value is half of the actual value?

Part Number: ADS8686S

Hello,

ADS8686S uses SPI serial communication and software mode; SDOA single line data, terminal configuration with a ± 5V range, normal operation from the beginning, calibration coefficients correct, and suddenly the code value changes to half; Changing the input value also varies proportionally, the waveform of the recording is normal, the amplitude is also half, and the DFT value is also half according to the design range; The read register reply also corresponds to the software issuing the corresponding range address.

When changing the register to ± 2.5V, the code value is consistent with the designed ± 5V range, and the displayed values are all correct; When configured to ± 10V, the simulation shows that the range corresponds to the ± 20V range.

Please help to check the possible reasons, thank you!
