Hello~

There is a Figure 50. Two-channel thermocouple measurement system.

Can I change resistor value from 500R to 50R? 

does it affect to thermocouple measurement ?

    Hi Sungho Kim,

    These are some possible example values.  Going to smaller resistor values will not affect the thermocouple measurement itself, but it is possible that the level of noise may increase.  As it is a resistor you can experiment in your system by trying different values.
