AFE4490: AFE4490 could not work at 3℃

Part Number: AFE4490

Dear Expert

The AFE4490 circuit is designed according to TI's recommended circuit and works normally in indoor environments;
1. Place the AFE4490 module board into the freezer (at a temperature of about 3 degrees Celsius) (the copper box shield will not get wet), take it out, and power on the module. The power supply to the module is normal, but the module is working abnormally. The peripheral crystal oscillator of AFE4490 does not vibrate, and AFE4490 does not work;
2. Put the working AFE4490 module into the freezer (at a temperature of about 3 degrees Celsius), and it will start working normally. After half an hour, power on the module again. The AFE4490 module is working abnormally, and the peripheral crystal oscillator of AFE4490 does not vibrate, and AFE4490 does not work;
Two boards were used in this experiment, and both boards worked abnormally and did not work after being taken out of the freezer.
