I am working on DAC3283 eval board SPI interface with zcu106 FPGA evaluation board using FMC connector. For that we have used FMC DAC adapter(from TI). But when we referred to the schematics of DAC3283 evaluation board, not able to follow the pins of SPI (specifically SCLK,SDIO,SDENAB) . Can anyone help me with how that SPI interface related pins from the DAC3283 is routed to the FMC connector through the FMC DAC adapter. Or else is there is any other ways to establish SPI interface with DAC3283 and the zcu106 FPGA.

Hi Haripriya

The DAC3283 Evaluation module does not have any SPI bus routed to the HSMC bus. We only routed LVDS data and data clock over the HSMC bus. You will have to use the USB bus to talk to the USB chip on the DAC3283 to have SPI bus transfer, by default.

There should be a module vendor who incoproated the DAC3283 and ADS62p49 into one module. You can check with them to see if they have routed the SPI bus over HSMC. I will dig up the link and let you know if I can still find the vendor.
