DAC11001B: DAC recommendation for SMU

Hello,

My customer is looking for a precision DAC that satisfies the following conditons for SMU(Source measurement unit) application.

   - Resolution : 24Bit

   - Sample rate : 1Msps or higher

   - I/F : SPI or I2C

   - Additional option : R2R Architecture, Output +/- both supported

Could you please recommend the best product that best meets the conditions?

    Hi ,

    Currently DAC11001B is the best DAC in the industry with 20bit, 1 MSPS resolution which is suitable for SMU applications.

    Having said that, we do have new device which is a parametric measurement unit suitable for SMU applications ( highly integrated device with force and measure functions )
