We have obtained the swaroop board design file and data sheet for TX7332 and AFE5832LP. I would like to ask the SlaveFifoSync.img firmware about swaroop system board, can it be burned to I2C EEPROM chip through cypress control center? Why did I remove all the relevant resistors according to the manual so that PMODE=Z1Z, but when I burned it to EEPROM, it still failed? What do you think is the reason?

Hi,

Are you able to load the image file to the RAM and is it working as expected? How do you say it has failed when trying to program the ROM?

When I downloaded the image file into RAM, it worked fine. But when I download to ROM, programming of I2C EEPROM failed is displayed in the control center.

Hi,

What is the size of the image file you are trying to load and what is the depth of the EEPROM you have on the board? Could you check if the EEPROM is capable of handling the data of the given size?

I checked the size of the image file and it was 124KB. The memory size of the eeprom was 256KB, so it did not exceed the maximum capacity. So it's hard to understand why the download failed.

Hi,

We have not faced such an issue with EEPROM download. Could you change the PMODE from USB and I2C to I2C alone to check this works?
