Could you tell the max junction temperature of ADS1251?

Is this 150 degree C or 100 degree C as the datasheet mentions?

We do not have thermal information for the ADS1251 so I have submitted a request. Note that this request can take 1-2 weeks to complete. I will provide an update when I receive the requested information
