Since long back I started using the TI eval-boards & components and I used to get the Altium project files(.PcbDoc, .PrjPcb, .SchDoc etc..) of its corresponding Eval-boards.

Are there any restrictions for accessing this current Eval board (part no: DAC39RF10EVM )'s Altium project files?

If there are any specific instructions or procedures for obtaining these files, please let us know, and we will be sure to follow them accordingly.
