ADS1278: Silicon chip design in ADS1278 Commercial vs ADS1278-SP

Part Number: ADS1278

Hi TI team,

I am collecting radiation data for a NASA mission that might use some version of ADS1278. There is a European Space Agency (ESA) test report on the commercial version of ADS1278 from 2014 on Single Event Effects, but I'm not sure those tests results would apply to the space grade version ADS1278-SP. (Note: I do also see lots of test results on ADS1278-SP)

1. Do the commercial versions of ADS1278 have the same internal silicon die as ADS1278-SP? (meaning same internal doping geometries, etc.) I need this info to know whether the 2014 ESA test report applies to our ADS1278-SP part selection.

2. Has TI made any significant chip design changes in either version (commercial ADS1278 or ADS1278-SP) since 2014?
