LM98640QML-SP: How should Reserved Registers be set up?

Hi,

We are working with the LM98640QML-SP.

The datasheet and Data converter forums do not clearly specify how to setup the Reserved Registers.  The datasheet states to write all baseline values.  Forum threads give conflicting and/or incomplete information.

Please specify the functionality for the Reserved registers and how to set them up for S/H, CDS, and Test pattern modes of operation. 

Please specify the order that reserved and non-reserved registers must be written in.  The datasheet and Forum threads give conflicting and/or incomplete information.
