We have DC LOD detect enabled and when the current is set above 120nA the Lead off detect work great. However when we run the impedance test for IEC60601-2-27 Section 201.12.1.101.3, we get a flat line. Only when we lower the current do we past the impedance test but the LOD does not work.
The test steps are
1. apply 3.8 mV sine wave at 0.67 Hz and 40hz. Record the results. (we pass)
2. Now add 620 kohm in parallel with 4.7nf between the signal source and the device. ( we get the expected sinewave)
3. Now add 300 mvDC, (we get a flat line, expected sinewave)
4. Now add -300 mvDC, (we get the expected sinewave)
Our circuit input to the ADS1293
One more thing I would like to add. We pass the test at +300 mvDC when Right leg drive is removed from the circuit.
Hi Jon, Apologize for the delay in our response. I will need to some time to discuss the issue with my designers and get back to you. I will follow up by next week.
