The TSW1418EVM and ADC3683EVM are considered IT by NASA. The NASA IT specialist requires certain information to approve purchase of these IT items.

Required info:

Country of Origin for each product (TSW1418EVM and ADC3683EVM)

Is final testing for each product performed in the United States?

Without this information, the NASA IT Specialist will Disapprove our request to purchase the TSW1418EVM and ADC3683EVM.

Yes, final assembly and testing is done at a local facility in Plano TX for both boards. Do you need any other information?
