the AFE2256 chip is assembled on a polyimide foil. We want to connect the COF via UV-curing conductive adhesive.
Therefore we need more information about the polyimide type, specially about the wavelength dependent transmittance of the foil.
Can you please deliver some more information about the polyimide type and the wavelength dependent transmittance?
