Regarding the software, there apparently are some problems getting the software from the ftp site currently.  We are working to try and resolve this problem and hope to have something in the near future.  We are looking into a short term solution, but this needs to be investigated further.

I am unable to download the software installer for the ADS1298ECG-PDK evaluation board. Please check your firewall settings to make sure that you can access the site.  We have run across conditions where the your firewall/company is prohibiting access.  We have check locally and the file can be accessed properly.

Additionally, if this doesn't work, can you provide a screen capture of what you get when you try and access the file?

Thank you for the quick response. I have tried turning off the firewall and used two separate computers on different networks with different browsers. When I click on the software download link (under http://www.ti.com/tool/ads1298ecgfe-pdk) the browser seems to keep trying to connect without any results for longer than 30min. The firefox status shows: Transferring data from teasinstrument.122.2o7.net.. I have also tried to access the ftp files using filezilla, the windows documents managers, saving the link directly to my computer, etc. but I do not get through. I am assuming that there is no password to access the installation file. (Or should we be using a specific username/password to access the files) Thank you.

There should not be a password on the installer, so this is not the issue.  Is your connection speed fairly high?  The installer file is ~ 165MB so it is possible it could take a while to download, depending on your connection speed.

My internet download speed is >25Mbps which would definitely download the file in under 30 minutes. When I save the link as a target file to my computer it always shows 0 Bytes. It does not start the download.  Is there any other way to download the file? (Maybe a mirror site or by ordering a CD). Thank you
