Hi,
The current is specified for the Core and I/O rails on page 4 of the datasheet for the SM28VLT32-HT part, , however it is a little unclear to me. Can you confirm that these numbers are correct:
- Erase current - Core + I/O: 1.8V * 127 mA + 3.3V * 76 mA = 480 mW
- Program current - Core + I/O: 1.8V * 127 mA + 3.3V * 85 mA = 510 mW
This seems like a lot of power and might be prohibitive for some of our customers designs.
