Hi,
I'm looking for a low noise instrumentation amplifier which can operate at -55 C, preferably with MSOP-8 (DGK) package. If somebody can help it'd be great!
Best Regards,
Kavindu

Hello Kavindu,
Have you considered the INA333-HT?
I'm going to move your post to the Medical & High Reliability Forum for further support.
Hi,
I managed to do few trials with the INA333 (commercial grade) and results were very good. But when it comes to the optimizing the design , price of the HT version is very high. So if someone can suggest a low noise version (still operational between -55 C and +125) which is better than INA331 , it'd be a great help.

Kavindu
Hello Kavindu,
Here is a list of commercial grade devices that have operating temperatures from -55C to 125C:
INA121
INA126
INA155
INA156
INA321
INA322
INA331
INA332
As a benchmark, the INA331's 1/f noise is 7uVpp and at 1kHz the noise density is 46nV/rtHz.
INA332-same noise
INA321/3-more noise
INA155/6-comparable noise (4.5uVpp and 40nV/rtHz)
That leaves you with the INA121/6. I would evaluate the INA126 first because it has less offset voltage (250uV max depending on grade) and noise (0.7uVpp and 35nV/rtHz) than the INA121.
I hope this helps!
