ADCPRo DSP Not ready..Retrying >> fail (no USBStyx)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADCPRO

I have looked through this forum and found several threads on this problem, but none of them have brought me to an answer, so here goes.
I am trying to load ADCPro with the Eval board and a ADS126xEVM.

I have loaded the files very specifically how the install guide says, and I always get to the same point, no matter what I try differently.

Install adcpro-wlvrt-2.0.1.exe and then ADS1262EVM-SW-installer.exe

Plug in my USB port and the NI-VISA driver loads.

With ADCPro and choosing the EVM for ADS126x, then ADCPRo says USB connection established, downloading firmware, download successful and then DSP Not Ready retrying etc till it times out.

I am in Windows 7

I have looked in Device manager and find the NI-VISA > MMB0 (NI-VISA) device but not USBStyx

And after a few resets, the NI-VISA device goes away, and if I re-plug my USB, then it says it cannot find the driver.

FINALLY --- Documentation refers many times to the "ADCPro Launcher" being enabled, but there is no such thing...like perhaps your documentation is out of sync with the latest release.

So, what now?

Thanks

Glen
