The datasheet of the TX517 states that the part is packaged in a so called "ZCQ" variant of a 144 ball 1mm pitch BGA package.
The TI package information section of the website provides two package drawings that match this 144 ball 1mm pitch BGA package, namely
the ZWQ and GWQ but the ZCQ drawing is not available for download.
Could you please provide a link to the ZCQ package drawing for the TX517?
