Hello Team,

We received the below question from one of our customers on the DAC101C081 device:

The datasheet of the DAC101C081 mentions a typical ZCO of 1.3 mV at VA = 3V and Iout = 200uA. I’ve measured this value on a device in typical circumstances and VA = 3.3V, Iout = 250 uA and its value is 14 mV.

So, I believe this is a mistake in the datasheet, it should be 13 mV instead of 1.3mV. This is also in line with the short-circuit current of -52 mA, and more probable considering a ZCO at TA=5V of 7.0 mV.

Please, could you advise?

Hi Mo,

I checked the characterization data from the product development and also recent test data from production and the average value for ZCO is about 1.3mV. They may not be measuring it correctly or have a damaged part.
