ADS1299 EVM Error Code 6004

Good Afternoon,

I have using the ADS1299 EVM for some testing and suddenly ran into a problem, whenever I try to acquire I get a pop up (screenshot attached) saying error code 6004. What is indicated by error and are there suggestions for how to fix it??

Hey Carolina,

If you shut down the program and restart it, does the problem persist?

Thanks for your reply Brian,

The problem persists if I shut down and restart the program.

Typically I can acquire a few times before the error occurs but once it does it continues even if I restart the program. However if I wait some time and try again it works for a little while.

Hey Carolina,

I believe this issue is related to low level communication with the board. How many samples do you attempt to collect when this error occurs? Can you take me through the steps of starting the application to receiving the error?

Good Afternoon Brian,

After your last message about the low communication I started taking a look at my set up and realized I had never had the problem when I was using the power cord...I realized that the batteries I was using were dying and were not supplying the 6 V needed by the board.
