DAC121C085: Need Rth(JC) and PD(Max) Data of the DAC121C085CIMM

Hi Sirs, Would you pls advise the Rth(jc) and Pd(max) specifications of the DAC121C085CIMM thus we can calculate the max temperature in extreme load conditions? Can we refer to 240’C/W Rth(JA) and the 2.06mW Pd(max) from the datasheet? Thanks a lot...Wayne Chen
