Hello,

As I have wrote before, the question about phase noise of DAC is not correct because of phase noise is the value which can be calculated for the fixed frequency of oscillating device. In your case jitter in generated pattern will depend of few factors: used local oscillator (quartz crystal), PLL+VCO IC providing clock signal and DAC IC.

I have more details about requested data. My customer needs Single-Sideband Phase Noise at 1kHz and 10kHz. Our competitor shows these figures.

Hi Dimitrius,

Attached is DAC38RF89 internal PLL phase noise data. The data is double side band PN so subtract 3dB to get the single side band values.
