MUX Setting : ADC1 = > AIN0
Bypass & Chop = disabled
ADC1 Filter Type: Sinc1
ADC Data Rate: 400 SPS
AIN0 is connected to ground. So, expecting the ADC1 Output to be near to Zero. but, always getting PGARAIL_N Fault

Hi Arjun,
Welcome to the TI E2E Forums!
If you have the PGA enabled then you will get this error when connecting any of the inputs to AVSS or GND (assuming you're using a 5V unipolar supply). The PGA outputs are not able to drive all the way to ground and this flag is triggered to warn you that the outputs are saturating.
Instead of referencing your measurement to ground, I would recommending using the VBIAS option and selecting AINCOM as the negative input so that you're measurement is with respect to AINCOM (+2.5V, which is mid-supply).
If you need your inputs to measure all the way to 0V, then you might need to use a bipolar supply (+/- 2.5V) on AVDD/AVSS so that 0V is within the PGA's common-mode range.
Best regards,
Chris
