The LM98714 datasheet show LVDS output timing the TXCLK leading TXOUTx. Our customer measure waveform is TXOUTx leading TXCLK. Please refer below waveform. Need you help below question:
1. Could you help to confirm the TXOUTx leading TXCLK is ok or not?
2. Can the LM98714 have Register Can adjust the TXOUTx or TXCLK timing to meet the datasheet timing?
According to the datasheet, the clock edge be ahead or behind data edge. The +/- describe its relation based on the 45Mhz testing condition.

Your initial question was about LVDS prop delay, scope screenshot is the LVDS output.
98714 LVDS spec:
I'm expecting better than your measurements prop delay at finck=16MHz, if needed I can bench checked it with 16MHz next week
