TLC2543: TLC2543 Errors (INL, DNL, Offset, Gain, Total)

Part Number: TLC2543

Thank you for your answer.

Also, do you have an idea of the temperature variation of those parameters ?

Is it normal that the TUE max is +/-1.75 whereas if we calculate the quadratic sum of max INL, DLN, offset and gain error we obtain 2.3 LSB ?

  • Nicolas,

This is an older data sheet where we did not specify temperature drift. Without this information in the data sheet we cannot provide an estimate of temperature variation. I agree with your comment about TUE. Normally TUE is calculated as the square root sum of the squares of INL, Gain Error, and Offset Error. In this case I calculate 2.1. I think you used DNL also, but this is not normally included in TUE calculations. In any case this does not agree with the data sheet. Thanks for the feedback.
