Hi Support team
As I Know, the default resistance is 5k ohm (HEX: 0x40). If we set to another value by I2C control then turn off Vcc, can it keep last setting value or return to default value?
Do you have IC with memory function?

Hi Red,
We have two DPOTs with nonvolatile memory:
http://www.ti.com/product/TPL0102-100
http://www.ti.com/product/TPL0202-10
We are also going to APL a low cost DAC with NVM as well. Please email me if you are interested in promoting that device to your customer. It can be used to replace DPOTs that are acting as a reference divider or simple voltage bias in most applications.
Thank,
Paul
