Hi,

Our requirement is operating ADCXXDJ3200 on 8 bit mode for 5 GSPS.

We have already tested the operation using ADC12DJ3200 Operating on Jmode 5. Since we do not require any other modes which can take advantage of 12 bit.

Is the performance of ADC12DJ3200 and ADC08DJ3200 same on Jmode 5 single channel mode.

Is both the IC's ADC12DJ3200AAV and ADC08DJ3200AAV pin compatible same schematics can be used or any modifications required if IC's change, please clarify

Hi Rajesh,

Yes the performance is same for ADC12DJ3200 and ADC08DJ3200 in JMODE5 and both ICs are pin to pin and same schematics can be used without any modifications.

Hi,

We have obtained the evaluation board(ADC12DJ3200) from TI where we have data pertaining to JMODE 5 by ADC12DJ3200.

Can TI provide data for 0 dBm and -45 dBm for some frequencies i.e 100 Mhz, 1250 Mhz and 2380 Mhz with sampling rate 5 GSPS.

Please help.
