AFE5832LP: afe5832 gain

I have set the register C7H in device and have read out the data correct. but sample data have not change.

for example :

I set c7h  16'h0005

then set c7h  16'h0007

the wave I  catch don't change 

why the LNA GAIN  and PGA GAIN don't work
