I am new to this forum so please forgive any understanding.
I would love to use the device, and realise it is just in release, but why not provide it in a package format which gives a chance to build prototypes without having to resort to such ludicrously small and difficult devices to use on a prototype? I worked in semicon for many years and this is a continuing criticism I have of newer dvice formats. It is OK if you are a big consumer driven manufacturer, but if you are developing new products a different matter.
I would love to hear an answer that made sense.
