    Rachel,

    Using the EVM, you can copy the data in a few different ways. Shown here is the ADS131M04EVM (but the ADS131M08EVM is the same). 

    First collect the data with the EVM. Then, if you right click on the graph, you'll get a couple of options. Here it's sending the data to an excel file.
