Have tried solutions below but when windows 10 finally lets me install the unsigned driver, the computer blue screens in a "pagefault in non paged memory" or something similar..

Hello Jan,

Here is the box link to the AFE4490 EVM GUI software exe zipped folder with signed driver

The above link will expire on June 1st.

With this signed driver, the EVM will show up as AFE44xx EVM (COMxx).

Since the original GUI did not support this device description, we had to update the GUI.
